Determine structure names, part numbers & sub-component structures part #'s if needed...
Determine safe, effective support points best for the work to be done
Use this information to show you where to place the supports you have.
Whether supporting, straightening or aligning, a shop dolly and/or well-placed jack & wood-blocks
go a long way.
Measure, cut or straighten, prep, align, bolt or weld
Replace rusted panels, quarter- panels, side members, supports, or entire body sections
Cut, grind, prep & spot weld, bead weld, plug weld, & finish all sections & components,
rusted floor, side members, panel & pillar sections. all!
A good jack and few blocks of wood go a long way when you know where to put'em.
Front wall (under windshield) work
Penetration point identification, closing washer & rubber plug locations & all part numbers
Replace corroded doors, rocker panel sections, wheel wells, rear floorings, bumpers & other structural members.
Replace cowl, add penetrations, close & seal un-needed penetrations
